Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC)
Services provided through the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC) are designed to promote mental wellness and enhance overall functioning for children, adolescents, adults, and families. ILTS delivers comprehensive, individualized care aimed at reducing the prevalence and severity of behavioral health conditions, emotional distress, and social or functional impairments.
Diagnostic and treatment services are delivered by a multidisciplinary clinical team that may include psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed clinical social workers, licensed professional counselors, licensed marriage and family therapists, public health educators, and other qualified behavioral health professionals. This team-based approach ensures coordinated, evidence-based, and person-centered care.

ILTS prioritizes accessibility, responsiveness, and flexibility in service delivery and strives to meet clients where they are in their treatment journey. When clinically appropriate, ILTS collaborates with schools, child welfare and foster care systems, and other community-based child and family-serving agencies to support continuity of care and positive outcomes.
