Godwin Oshegbo PhD- Rehabilitation Specialist

Godwin Oshegbo holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Health Services (concentration in Public Health Policy) from Walden University. He has a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, Lynchburg, Virginia. Dr. Oshegbo is a licensed clinical professional counselor supervisor (LCPC-S); licensed clinical addiction counselor Supervisor (LCADC-S); national certified counselor (NCC) and an approved clinical supervisor (ACS). Dr. Oshegbo is also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt through international association for six sigma certification (IASSC).

As a clinician, Dr. Oshegbo has a specialty in the treatment of co-occurring disorders of mental health and substance use disorders. He works with individuals suffering diverse behavioral health problems. Dr. Oshegbo has worked in various settings of healthcare in the State of Maryland as he champions evidence-based treatment practices in delivery of quality care to different healthcare consumers.

 With foundations in cognitive behavioral therapy, Adlerian therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy, Dr. Oshegbo uses eclectic methods to foster therapeutic growth with individuals to attain the best they can of themselves. Dr. Oshegbo continues to pursue research interests in healthcare quality, behavioral health access, and effectiveness in patient centered medical home.

Angel D. Bailey-Quality Assurance Manager/HRAngel

Angel Bailey has served in the field of Mental Health for over 10 years. Angel serves dual roles at Insightful Life Therapeutic Services LLC as the Quality Assurance  and Human resource Manager. She ensures that all clients are being provided with the most efficient, effective, and quality individualized rehabilitative services from agency staff by planning, directing and coordinating quality assurance programs, formulating and implementing quality control policies. She is always available to assist both clients and staff with any needs or concerns about quality of care. As the human resource manager she plans, directs, and coordinates the administrative functions of the agency, oversees the recruiting of qualified applicants for open positions, consults with agency management on strategic planning; and serves as a link between the organization's management and its employees.
